I confess that I didn't follow my rule about eating at least 2 meals today. I only had a banana all day. And plenty of coffee and water.

OK, and I realize that you were frustrated that you didn't get to talk to me today either but that is no way to handle that is it lil one? We will be discussing a punishment in the punishment thread.
